EUROPEAN COMMISSION PROPOSAL TO REDUCE EMISSIONS

The European Commission has put forward new proposals to reduce emissions in transport and logistics, aiming for a 90% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2050. They include measures such as incentives for zero-emission vehicles and adjustments to heavy-duty vehicles.

AGREEMENT FOR BETTER EUROPEAN MOBILITY

IRU formalized agreement to increase use of intelligent transport systems (ITS) on European roads. By 2025, each member state must establish a National Access Point (NAP) for relevant data, according to standards set by the European Commission.
